Chiron AI Harness
AI Agent Harness

Designed and evolved every layer: the substrate (CODEX-OS/Chiron), the skill library, the hooks enforcement system, the standing agent fleet, and the governance rules that make all of it composable.
Project Overview
Chiron is the name for the full AI agent infrastructure built on top of Claude Code. It consists of a graph-backed knowledge substrate (CODEX-OS), a library of forged skills, a cross-session decision ledger, a hooks layer for pre/post-tool enforcement, and a fleet of standing expert agents, each grounded via the /ascend forging protocol. The harness owns routing, evidence discipline, skill invocation, and per-arc learning; the operator focuses on goals, not mechanics.
Challenge
Build a harness that compounds: each arc should leave a skill, codex node, or rule that makes the next similar arc faster, so the harness is itself the professional output.
Key Features
Knowledge Substrate
Graph-backed decision ledger and entity nodes spanning all projects, with cross-session retrieval via Voyage + Qdrant.
Forged Skill Library
50+ forged skills covering SEO, harness engineering, content pipelines, trading, outreach, and agentic code work, invoked by keyword trigger, never by guess.
Standing Expert Agents
A fleet of domain-specialist agents (SEO, trading quant, motion, cold outreach, Convex, etc.) forged via /ascend with grounded expertise nodes.
Lessons Learned
- school The harness is the product. Skills forged from real arcs outperform skills written speculatively.
