§2 What is in the download

Runway Audit: The same free script, included so the baseline and the check use one version.
Before-and-after script: Compares two periods of your own usage and says when the numbers are too thin to judge.
Status line: Shows context size and plan usage in Claude Code and keeps a local log of both.
Handoff template and command: Saves the goal, decisions and next step to a file before you clear or compact.

§3 Who this is not for

You only use Claude in the browser. The kit reads Claude Code transcripts on your own machine.
You do not have Python 3.8 or newer. Windows has not been tested.
The free audit said PROBABLY NOT A FIT. Keep the audit and save the money.
You want a promised saving. No saving is promised, because no comparison across users exists yet.

A token counter or a usage dashboard. Free tools already do that well.
Any upload of your data. Everything runs on your machine.
Calls, coaching, or a community
A subscription. You pay once and keep the files.

§5 Questions

How is this different from the free audit?: The audit measures. The kit adds the change steps and a script that compares a period before the changes with a period after them.
Does it need an API key or send my data anywhere?: No. Every script uses only the Python standard library, makes no network calls and reads the transcript files Claude Code already keeps on your machine.
Can I undo the changes?: Yes. Each playbook step ends with a Reverse section that names the file it changed, and the README lists how to undo everything at once.
How do I get the files?: Right after payment you get an email with a download link to a zip file. The link is yours to keep.
