In practice that is connecting a model to your CRM, database, or internal API and having it do one specific job: drafting, classifying, extracting, or routing. Your systems and your data stay where they are.

How much do AI integration services cost?

Most integrations run $2,000 to $5,000 as a one-time fixed quote. Compare that to an AI SaaS subscription at $500 to $3,000 a month, which never stops and which you do not own. A larger multi-system integration moves into the custom build range starting at $5,000.

Can you integrate AI with our existing CRM?
